AI Agent / Talent community

Help connect complex requests
with everyday life.

Android Bot is a personal agent service that connects app context and information a user allows to handle multi-step requests. AI Agent, an independent team in South Korea, would like to hear from people interested in this problem.

This page invites expressions of interest in our talent community. It is not an active job opening, and joining does not guarantee employment or an individual response.

01 / The problem we work on

Connect a conversation
with a practical flow.

“Arrange dinner after work on Friday.” One request can involve a calendar, travel, preferences, messages and several decisions. We focus on connecting that context and understanding when a person needs to make a choice.

Connect scattered context

Information for one goal may be spread across apps and conversations. The current screen, relevant information and earlier choices need to come together so that the next action has a clear basis.

Balance questions and actions

Missing information raises a question: what should we ask, and which choices should the user see? We work on flows that let a person understand and review meaningful actions.

Review the result and continue

After an action, the app screen or state may change. An experience needs to recognise unexpected results and support a correction or the next step.

02 / Areas of interest

Where would you like
to contribute?

These are areas we would like to discuss. Introduce the problems that interest you and work you personally contributed to.

Android

Android experiences and app flows

Contribute to understanding app state and screens, and connecting the steps of a request. Permissions, user confirmation and a flow after an interruption are also relevant problems to explore.

Relevant experiences

Building Android apps, handling screen and state changes, permissions and input, or reviewing a flow on real devices.

Example materials

An app or feature you built, the part you owned, and how you investigated and improved a user’s experience.

Introduce your Android interests

AI Agent

Agents that connect planning and judgment

Contribute to breaking down requests, selecting relevant context, and connecting questions, approvals and action results. Establishing evidence for success and failure also matters.

Relevant experiences

Agents or conversational products, multi-step tool use, interpreting constraints, evaluating results or analysing failures.

Example materials

A project showing the path from request to outcome, the decisions you changed and why, and your own contribution.

Introduce your agent interests

Product design

Products people can understand and guide

Contribute to making shared information, next-step choices, approval and progress understandable. Explore the complete experience across a conversation and app screens.

Relevant experiences

Mobile products, conversational experiences, information architecture, interaction design, user observation, accessibility or reviewing task flows.

Example materials

A case explaining the problem, alternatives and final decisions, with your own work and user observations made clear.

Introduce your design interests

03 / Working principles

Make the work
possible to review.

Start with the user’s purpose

Look first at what a person wants to achieve and the conditions involved. Use the relevant context of a request, such as a schedule, conversation or preference, to make the problem specific.

Use results we can inspect

Distinguish an attempted action from an achieved goal. Explain what changed and what remains unverified so the result can be reviewed together.

Make contribution and judgment clear

Share the problem you owned, the approach you chose and the work you contributed. Connect small changes with real task flows, and let the evidence inform the next decision.

04 / After expressing interest

Introduce your work.
Share your interests.

  1. Describe your interests and work

Choose a problem that interests you and explain your own role, contribution and any materials you can share.

  2. Send your introduction

Review the information and your consent, then register your interest. Your introduction and contact details are delivered to the company email for talent-community consideration.

  3. Your interests can inform a future conversation

The team can review the interests and experience you share. If a relevant conversation becomes appropriate, we may consider getting in touch. There is no fixed response deadline or promise of contact.

05 / Application questions

A few things
before you introduce yourself.

Is this an active job opening?

This page invites introductions from people who may be interested in a future conversation. It does not advertise a current vacancy or hiring terms. Any actual hiring opportunity would need to be communicated separately.

What should I share?

Describe the problem that interests you, your role and contribution, and what happened as a result. Links to work you can share—an app, code, a case study or design portfolio—can help. A portfolio link is optional.

Do I need a particular level of experience?

This expression-of-interest form does not require a number of years or a particular career background. Focus on your interests and work you have done yourself. An introduction does not establish eligibility or fit for a particular job.

How is my introduction delivered?

Registering delivers your introduction and contact details to the company email. The page confirms successful sending. The information is not stored in a separate database.

When should I expect a reply?

The talent community has no fixed response deadline or guarantee of individual contact. We may use the contact information you share when considering a relevant conversation. Salary, working conditions and hiring decisions are not set on this page.

How can I correct or withdraw information I sent?

Email hello@android-bot.com with the correction or withdrawal you would like to request. Including the name and email you originally used helps identify the information your request concerns.

06 / Express your interest

Tell us about your work
and what interests you.

Registering delivers your introduction to the company email. Share your name, reply email, area of interest and work you contributed to. You can introduce materials using links you are able to share.
